Shipping Policy
We can ship to virtually any address in New Zealand that a courier service supports. Note that there are restrictions on some products. We only ship within New Zealand.
Shipping of your goods is ex Auckland and may take up to 2-3days depending on the delivery address. Once your item is in the couriers possession it is outside our control re delivery.
Delivery Of Orders If Shipping Address Is Unattended at Time of Delivery
Unless requested by the customer, all shipping carriers have the authority to leave goods if the shipping address is unattended at the time of delivery.
Customers are welcome to provide an alternate shipping address prior to the item being shipped if they will not be present at the delivery time.
Returns Policy
ELIGIBILITY FOR REFUNDS AND RETURNS
Return Window: Customers have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return for a refund/credit or exchange.
Condition of Returned Items: To qualify for a full refund/credit, all items must be returned in their original, unused condition, including all parts, packaging, and documentation.
Non-Returnable Items: Certain products, such as special-order items or clearance items, may not be eligible for returns or refunds.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
Inspection Upon Delivery: We advise customers to inspect their orders upon receipt.
If there are any issues, please contact us within 30 days upon order being received.
Claims Process: For items that arrive damaged or defective, please reach out to us with photographs and a description of the issue.
We will work with you to replace the item or issue a refund/credit as appropriate.
We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
